Our companies have:
a) a place in Warsaw
b) registration in the National Court Register for entrepreneurs,
c) one shareholder,
d) the flexible provisions of the articles of association,
e) the minimum initial capital of 5000 PLN,
f) the number REGON,
g) Registration for CIT and VAT taxation / VAT-EU and the tax identification number.
On request we serve a procedure associated with the notification of transactions to the court registration and tax authorities, and make any necessary modifications in the company, as the change of the articles of association, change of residence of the company, the personal composition of the executive board and others, as requested by the Client.
